Early access · built for VICIdial

Keep voicemail off your agents.

AMDelete listens to the first seconds of every answered call and tells VICIdial whether a person picked up. Your agents talk to people, not greetings, call screeners and robots.

50,000 free calls to try it · No audio stored · Falls back to VICIdial AMD if we can't answer

Answering machine detection that respects your agents' time

Every voicemail an agent answers is wasted talk time. AMDelete sits where VICIdial's AMD sits today and makes the call before the agent ever hears it.

Native to VICIdial

One installer adds a dialplan include and two AGI scripts next to what you already run. You switch campaigns over one at a time in VICIdial's own campaign settings.

Hosted model, nothing to tune

Audio is classified by our neural detector in the cloud. No thresholds to babysit and no CPU on your dialers.

Fails open, always

Unsure calls go to agents. If the service, your credits or the network is unavailable, VICIdial AMD takes over automatically.

The cheaper plan, every month

From $69 a month for 500K calls, then $0.00020 each. We bill whichever plan is cheaper for the month you had, from prepaid credits. No seats, no channels, no contracts.

Private by default

We classify and forget: no recordings are kept, and decision logs stay on your dialer. Sharing audio to improve the model is opt-in.

Graded by your agents

Your dialers report how agents dispositioned each AMDelete call, so the console shows how many machines still reached them, next to VICIdial AMD on the same campaigns.

Judge it on your own calls

The console shows what AMDelete decided on your traffic and what your agents found when they took the calls: how many machines still got through, beside VICIdial AMD on the same campaigns, with what it cost and how often VICIdial AMD had to step in.

The AMDelete console's Analytics page for a sample account: a week of classified calls by outcome, and What your agents found, comparing machines, live people and no-one-there calls per 100 agent calls for AMDelete and VICIdial AMD on the same campaigns. Live in an afternoon

No sales call, no professional services. If you can run a shell command on your dialer, you can run AMDelete.

Create an account

Sign up, confirm your email and get 50,000 free calls.

Run the installer

Paste one command on each VICIdial dialer. It checks your system first and changes nothing if a check fails.

Self-test

A synthetic call proves Asterisk, the adapter and our service work together before any customer call is touched.

Switch a campaign

Turn AMDelete on for one campaign. Your console shows the setting to change, and every other campaign keeps the AMD it has.

Built to never cost you a live call

Most AMD failures don't look like failures: a person hears silence and hangs up. AMDelete is designed around the ways answering machine detection goes wrong.

  • We hear at least 2.5 seconds before deciding, so a quick "Hello?" isn't mistaken for a greeting
  • Calls we can't decide go to an agent at the end of the 8-second listening window
  • Out of credits or offline? Calls start on VICIdial AMD from the first second
  • Kill switch on your dialer: one command returns every call to VICIdial AMD, no reload
  • Alerts when a campaign could reach a dialer that doesn't have AMDelete

Reports VICIdial already understands

Machine outcomes close the call with their own campaign statuses, so your existing reports and lead recycling keep working.

Questions

Do I need to change my VICIdial version?

No. AMDelete runs on standard VICIdial and Asterisk installs, including ViciBox. The installer's preflight tells you exactly what it found before it changes anything.

What happens to the audio?

The adapter streams the opening seconds of each answered call to our service over TLS, we classify it, and we don't keep it. If you opt in to help improve the model, that's a separate, revocable choice in your settings.

Can I run it next to VICIdial AMD, or another AMD service?

Yes. You choose AMDelete campaign by campaign; the rest keep VICIdial AMD, or whichever service they use now. A call only ever gets one detector, and the installer leaves your existing routes and dialplan alone.

What counts as a billable call?

Each answered production call that AMDelete classifies is one unit, whatever the answer. The repeated checks within one call count once, and self-tests and calls our service refuses or can't answer are free.

Is AMDelete available now?

We are onboarding early-access customers in small groups. Sign up and you can install and self-test right away; we enable production calls account by account.
