Terms of service

Who provides the service

AMDelete is provided by Programmatic Solutions International LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as AMDelete ("AMDelete", "we", "us"). Card payments are processed by Stripe and appear on statements under the AMDelete name.

The service

AMDelete provides hosted answering machine detection for outbound calls placed by VICIdial dialers you operate, plus an installer, a console and analytics. During early access, features and the detector change frequently.

Your account

You are responsible for the people you invite to your account, for keeping credentials and install commands secret, and for the dialers you connect.

Credits and payment

Service is prepaid. Each answered production call our service classifies uses one credit at your plan's price. Self-tests and calls the service refuses or cannot answer are not charged. Prices can change with notice; credits already purchased are used at the price in effect when each call is classified.

Refunds

Within 30 days of buying credits, you can ask for a refund of the credits from that purchase you haven't used, to the card you paid with. Calls use your oldest credits first, so your current balance counts against your newest purchases first. Monthly fees and calls already classified are not refunded, and neither are free trial calls or credits we added. An account owner can ask from the payment's page in the console, or by writing to support@amdelete.com. We reply within two business days, and a refund reaches your card a few days after we send it.

Acceptable use and compliance

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your calls, including consent, recording, abandonment and dead-air rules (for example the US Telemarketing Sales Rule and TCPA). AMDelete's listening window delays agent connection; configure your campaigns accordingly.

No guarantee of accuracy

Answering machine detection is probabilistic. AMDelete is designed to send uncertain calls to agents and to use the fallback route configured locally on your dialer on failure (VICIdial AMD by default), but it will sometimes classify a person as a machine or a machine as a person.

Ending service

You can stop at any time by uninstalling AMDelete. We may suspend accounts for non-payment, abuse or legal reasons.
