How decisions are made

Routes, the listening window and what reaches your agents.

Security & data

What leaves your dialer, what we store and how keys work.

Fallback reasons

When the adapter hands a call to your dialer's locally configured fallback route it records why. If you have not defined an override, that route defaults to VICIdial AMD. You will see the reason in your console's analytics and in /var/log/asterisk/amdelete-decisions.jsonl on the dialer.

ReasonWhat to do
credits_exhaustedAdd credits. Calls resume on AMDelete within a minute.
account_suspendedYour account is paused. Check your email or contact support.
authentication_refusedThe installation's key was revoked or expired. Re-enroll the dialer from the console.
service_unavailableThe service didn't answer in time. Check the dialer's network path to api.amdelete.com.
model_policy_unservedThe dialer is pinned to a model we no longer serve. Run amdelete-ctl update.
rate_limitedMore new calls per minute than your account allows. Contact support to raise it.
