Pay for calls, not seats
Two plans, and you never have to choose between them. Each month we bill whichever is cheaper for the calls you actually made, from prepaid credits. A month without calls costs nothing.
Calls are counted per account across all your dialers, from the 1st of each month (UTC). The fee comes out of your credits with the month's first billed call, and the month moves to the bigger plan only once that's the cheaper bill.

Pricing questions
Do I have to pick a plan?
No. Each month is billed as whichever plan is cheaper for the calls you made, so a busy month never costs more than it should and a quiet one never pays for a big plan.
What is a classified call?
An answered production call that our service classified (live person, machine or unsure). Every check within one call counts once.
What isn't billed?
Self-tests, calls our service refuses or can't answer, and calls on campaigns that still use VICIdial AMD. A month with none of your calls classified has no fee.
What happens when credits run out?
Nothing breaks: calls use the fallback route configured on your dialer until you add credits. If you do not configure an override, that defaults to VICIdial's built-in AMD. We email account owners before that happens. Keep enough for the month's fee: it is taken with the month's first billed call.
Can I get my money back?
Within 30 days of buying credits, the credits from that purchase you haven't used can be refunded to your card. An account owner can ask from the payment's page in the console.
Are these prices final?
They are our launch prices. If they change, we'll email you first, and credits you've bought stay dollars.
