Who we are

Programmatic Solutions International LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as AMDelete, is responsible for the information described here.

Information about you

We collect the name, email address and company you give us at signup, your team members' details, and records of payments (processed by Stripe; we never see full card numbers). We log sign-ins and account actions for security.

Call audio

Your dialers send us the called party's audio for the opening seconds of answered calls, solely to classify the call. We process it in memory and do not store it. We do not receive phone numbers or lead data.

If you opt in to model training, we may keep opening-audio clips from your calls to improve the detector, under the consent recorded in your settings. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Usage records

For billing and analytics we keep, per call, a one-way hash of an opaque reference, the decided class and the model version; and hourly counts per installation.

Dialer profiles and call outcomes

Each installation sends a dialer profile at install and once a day: hardware, software versions, and VICIdial campaign, carrier and AMD settings, as counts and settings. It never includes carrier hosts, credentials or lead data.

Unless you turn it off, your dialers also report, for each call AMDelete classified, how the agent dispositioned it: the disposition's VICIdial meaning, a call-length range and who hung up, keyed by the same one-way hash as the usage record. They also send hourly counts of VICIdial AMD results on the same campaigns. These records contain no phone numbers, lead or list data, agent names or audio. We use them to show you how AMDelete compares with VICIdial AMD and to measure and improve the detector, and we keep them for 180 days.

Cookies

We use one session cookie to keep you signed in and remember your theme choice in your browser. We don't use advertising trackers. If bot protection is enabled on signup, Google reCAPTCHA processes data under Google's terms.

Processors

Stripe (payments), Linode/Akamai (hosting), and our own mail server for transactional email.
